I am a 2001 Civil Engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee (yes we were the 1st batch to get IIT degree) living in Hoffman estates, IL with my wife Toolika Kashyap (also a Roorkee alum; MBA 2001) and 1yr old daughter Aria. I consider myself as an extremely social and energetic individual who drives to challenge things and make a positive impact through change. I have a passion for sports and enjoy anything outdoors. I play Tennis at a league level and love to ski. Currently I am working as a Sr. Project Manager on the corporate finance side managing global projects at HSBC bank. I am also pursuing my MBA from Chicago Booth.

I got involved with IIT Roorkee Alumni Association Midwest Chapter in 2009 and was a member of the organizing committee for PANIIT 2009. I am also a proud Student Research Award (SURA) recipient.
