S Tomar on July 27, 2020. Many of us in the Roorkee alumni community has been touched by Prof. Tomar. A tribute is being planned on Sunday, August 9, 2020, for his Roorkee family and friends. Dr. Tomar’s daughter and other prominent alumni to share memories and offer prayers.
