Manish did his Bachelor of Architecture from University of Roorkee in 1991 and Master of Science in Architecture from University of Cincinnati, USA, in 1996. He owns companies that deal with real estate analysis, financial structuring and development in the Greater Washington DC area.

Apart from the companies that focus on real estate, he runs an international business for marketing leather work gloves from India into the USA market. Manish has been instrumental in significantly growing the Indian Leather Glove market share in the USA over the past 15 years.

Manish is settled with his family in the Greater Washington DC area. His wife Anu Saraf is an Architect and MBA. She is actively involved in his real estate businesses. Manish and Anu have a daughter, Anika (14 years) and son, Avi (11 years).
