In his professional career of 27+ years with Infrastructure and Telecom Industry , Ravi has held various senior positions across functions and organizations before becoming one of the youngest CEO of Telecom MNC in India.

With an outstanding track record as a leader, Ravi has lead diverse set of teams across Industries and Cultures with both Indian and Multinational Organizations in the Satellite , Telecom and Power Industry.

In his tenure of over 12 years as CEO , Ravi has lead India’s largest organizations of Telecom and Power Industry . Before joining as CEO of Adani Power in 2010 , Ravi has been CEO South Asia at Alcatel Lucent ; CEO Asia at Europe* Star ( JV of Alcatel & Loral ) and CEO at Videocon Telecom .

Ravi has not only worked with diverse industries and cultures but also with entire life cycle of Businesses . From start up organizations like Adani Power , Videocon Telecom and UB Telecom ; to starting up Indian Operations of MNCs like BT and Europe*Star ; and from Joint Venture creation like Airtel BT , CDOT Alcatel Wimax and UB Goldmine ; to a successful turnaround of Organization like Alcatel South Asia ; he has worked with entire spectrum of businesses .

Before becoming first CEO at Alcatel JV in 1999 , Ravi had lead various responsibilities at BT (www.bt.com) and UB Group.

Ravi holds a BE from IIT, Roorkee and an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad.

True to his diverse personality , Ravi has been a state level Sportsman for Badminton , Member of Dramatics team at University, Student Editor of University Magazine and a TV presenter of a National TV channel.
