Vipin did his B. Tech from IIT Roorkee in 2001. Vipin Goswami is President of IIT Roorkee Alumni Association Bay Area (North California) Chapter since 2018 and coordinated several events such as Summer Picnic, IIT Roorkee Diwali Dinner, Pan IIT Diwali Dhamaka, and Technical Conferences.

Vipin has been working in Dell Technologies as Senior IT Strategist/Planner for Go-To- Market. Vipin has played several roles in Dell Technologies including strategy, resources & roadmap planning, business requirements’ analysis, sizing, and estimation, program management, portfolio management, business process analysis, and implementation of the software applications. Vipin has been driving several initiatives in Dell and managing a global application portfolio, with geographically-distributed stakeholders such as business partners, development teams, deployment teams, and support teams.

Before joining Dell, Vipin worked on multiple projects at client sites such as CISCO, Hyperion, Forcr10, Fujitsu, Trimble, Brocade, Wyse Technology, Trimble Navigation etc. and worked directly with business and IT stakeholders to implement end to end Oracle E-business Suits (Oracle 11i ERP and CRM).
